1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days if placed before 2 PM PST. Transit time is 5-10 business days. Total delivery time from order to arrival is 6-12 business days. We offer free shipping to your specified address on all orders.

2. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact Info@panleone.com to request a return authorization. Please note that perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days to your original payment method.

4. How do I request a return or refund?

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability.

6. What condition must products be in for return?

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging. We only accept new, unopened products or items that have never been used. All returns require proof of purchase for verification.

7. Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-refundable: perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final sale items. All other unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
