Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or locations outside of the UK and USA.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered directly to the customer's specified address. A signature may be required upon delivery.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Specific carrier information is provided by our suppliers and assigned based on destination and package specifications to optimize delivery performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available from our carrier partners) to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier operational issues
  • High-volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Unforeseen logistical challenges
We will communicate any significant delays affecting your order via email.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for address errors provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Panleone is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misplaced after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, and contact your local post office with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@panleone.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help you with the carrier. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a police report and contacting your homeowners or renters insurance.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
